Next .. just to show an example of how your meals should be spread out, this is what I will be eating today: Morning snack -8:00- Two pieces of white toast w/ a thin layer of peanut butter, and an apple. 2nd morning snack -10:00- One bowl of whole grain shredded oats cereal w/ rice milk Lunch -12:00- 4 pieces of safe sushi, w/ either some rice or a small piece of bread Afternoon snack -2:00- Baked tostitos with a safe salsa 2nd snack -4:00- A safe smoothie Dinner -6:30- Mushroom Barley soup with a bread roll I hope that helps.
