I've been on this forum a short while but from what I've read it seems like not too many people take probiotics.

Why is that?

Probiotics is very beneficial for your overall digestive health. When you start taking it, it might make you feel ill at first due to the herxheimer reaction or die-off, but I've found that it has worked great for me. I've been stable for quite a while now, although I may get the occassional D or C, but it usually gets resolved in a day or two.

While we're on the subject of probiotics, has anyone tried Kefir, or making it?
