Hi Nick, welcome to the site. Someone already answered about the returns. Have you also tried Heather's diet? The diet, Acacia and fennel tea have done wonders for me. Gas was a real problem for me and still is if I venture into unsafe food land.
Just wanted to mention that my hubby and I were raised in Baltimore, Highlandtown to be exact. We haven't lived in "charm city" for over 30 years but the family is still up there. Hope the weather isn't too rough this winter.
