Personally, If you cannot handle any kind of mints (Altoids, junior mints, after dinner mints,etc), I wouldn't do peppermint tea. Maybe the caps, if they don't digest in your stomach. I have a hiatal hernia with GERD and I cannot drink peppermint tea OR take the caps. I have sooo much stomach acid that the peppermint caps digest in my stomach and make me really ill!!
