hey - if you check the ingredients, you should be able to tell for yourself. look out for whole grains (though check the dietary fiber in the nutrition facts - if it says 0 you should be fine), especially whole wheat. also avoid dairy - aside from milk, that includes lactose, whey, casein, and some others that folks here could supplement. a lot of labels will say "CONTAINS MILK" after the ingredient list, as a caution for allergic folks, but that helps for you, too. also, though i don't think this is a problem with cereal, watch out for eggs or egg yolks. whites are fine.
i think that's all that would crop up in cereal.
