My doc doesn't believe diet has anything to do with IBS. He wonders why I don't eat dairy. I told him about this diet, and he said it was a diet that worked for Heather and that there is no proof that SF before IF helps. He says it's nonsense. Doctors won't change their views on this...so I guess we need to decide for ourselves what "guru" to follow. I, for one, am totally confused because nothing seems to work for me.
