Are you taking Citrucel "CLEAR"???? It is better because it doesn't have the citric acid in it (orange flavor). I still couldn't take it very well without feeling very sick, until now. I am finally able to take it 3 times a day again without feeling like it's going to come back up. Maybe it's the Nexium.....maybe my body was just too acidic. I take the fiber first in the morning with antacids......to keep it down okay. Then 1 hour later I take the Nexium with antacids, so that the antacids neutralize the stomach acid so the Nexium won't make me feel sick. You may want to try that, if you're not already......
