I love old fashioned oats too, not so mushy as the quick oates!! There is so much you can do with oatmeal...I cook it on top of the stove with vanilla soy milk, sometimes add peaches and cinnamon, other times I'll add banana (thanks to an Idea from Kree) and a little chopped pecans. Sometimes I'll add pure maple syrup instead of brown sugar for flavor...Try yogurt (soy) mixed in it too (mmmm...good).
