Hiya,
I had the same problem when I first read the book!!
Ok so far I,ve found out that graham crackers are slightly like digestives but smaller and thinner but I wouldn't suggest the digestives if your especially sensitive to wholegrains as theyre made with wholemeal flour and most contain milk! Canola oil, I believe is Rapeseed oil I buy one with the brand name 'Golden fields' which you can get in most supermarkets, as regards crisps, I dont know of any oven baked ones but your best off getting the low fat types, such as walkers lights or the new mr potato head ones.
