I usually have either toast, a bagel, or some kind of homemade, IBS-safe quick bread or muffin for breakfast. I try to keep muffins in my freezer so I can just pop them in the micowave and defrost them in the morning if I need something. I'm amazed so many people can eat oatmeal. It makes me feel so full and gassy... not a good way to start the day. I tend to stick to the safest things to start my day on a good note.
For lunch I almost always have a sandwich, either turkey, tuna, or soybut butter and jelly. I always used reduced fat mayo, especially in the tuna salad, and it never bothers me. I usually eat it with some Baked Lays or Quakes and have a cookie for dessert.
I hope that helps.
