Re: IBS and fatigue       11/15/05 02:35 PM Edit Reply Quote AstroChick Reged: 12/30/03 Posts: 1023 Loc: Chicago, IL, USA I'm IBS-C, and I was rumbly all the friggin' time until I started taking a SFS (soluble fiber supplement) and making sure I got SF at every meal. It was the first of my symptoms to be fixed by Heather's diet - within 2 days I was marveling at the brand-new sensation of not being aware of my gut even when I felt good! So if you're not taking a SFS, try one! I started with Citrucel, and now I'm taking acacia (1 heaping tablespoon twice a day). I had fine luck with the Citrucel, but I got tired of the orange goopiness and wanted to get more SF for my buck. --AC Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
