First of all, a lot of canned soups contain MSG, which can be a problem for some. Campbell's uses whole eggs in their noodles, and dark meat chicken. I think the fat content over all is still fine, but those things can be hard to digest. Invest in a crockpot, and make your own chicken noodle soup. It's the easiest thing ever, and when you make it yourself, you never have to worry about it being unsafe. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
