I'm IBS-D and I've been fairly stable, thanks to the self-hypnosis tapes, Acacia, and trying to stick to the diet (although I've strayed at times without consequences for the most part).
I'm now going through a period of high stress, and in addition, the kitchen where I live has been out of commission for the past three weeks due to a remodeling project. I've had to eat out every night, and my tummy can't take it anymore! I've tried to stick to soup from Eric's Deli, steamed rice and cooked veges, smoothies I make at home, and sandwiches. Any suggestions on what to eat during this unsettling time?
