Hmmm, are you incorporating IF (insoluble fiber) in every meal? I made the initial mistake of eating just SF for a while, and that will not help with C! You need to get both SF (including a supplement) and IF with every meal you eat *and* exercise every day if possible *and* drink lots of fluids. Peppermint tea is great for crampiness if you can tolerate it; chamomile is a good substitute if you can't handle peppermint.
