I am also finding through searching here that the Zoloft may be the wrong AD for me anyway. I am a primarily IBS-D, and Zoloft exacerbates IBS-D according to info here. I remember taking amitryptiline in the past for mild depression and not having any side-effects to speak of. Granted, I was on a VERY low dose. I understand that for someone like me, IBS and anxiety go hand-in-hand... but I'm not thoroughly convinced that AD is the way to go. I just don't like the feelings that the AD's bring on. Perhaps I should get w/the doctor and make some changes. I just can't deal with the side effects from the Zoloft. Thanks again, Drew Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
