Hi Budahbelly, Instead of eating papayas, you might want to
try drinking papaya juice. I drink this stuff made by Ceres,
some South African company. I find it helps settle my stomach
and helps a lot with my burping. I actually get it from a
local grocery store, so you should be able to also. -Bob
