I was on Librax for a while, but had to switch when it didn't work for me. I take valium before getting fillings done at the dentist and aparently my body has gotten used to the valium so it doesn't work as well anymore. I would suggest only using it as necessary so your body doesn't adjust to it. Since it is a combination drug, there might not be as much valium in there as there is taking valium straight - so your body might not adjust to it as fast as mine did, or might not adjust to it at all.
