Pretzels and Rice Cakes??????       10/27/05 04:20 PM Edit Reply Quote anlikerm Reged: 09/16/05 Posts: 1320 Loc: NC I have been snacking on unsalted Pretzels and rice cakes for two weeks in between my meals. These are safe, aren't they??? I'm trying to eliminate my triggers......so far, meats, veggies and all fruits (including applesauce and bananas!)are triggering my attacks. When I stick with plain pasta, Cream of Wheat, oatmeal and Nutrigrain bars (apple cinnamon only), I stay pretty stable. This is sooo not right...or nutritious! What do I do??? I don't digest rice at all.......Can I drink some slim fast shakes that are made with the soy instead of the dairy??? I need more nutrition but everything that is nutritious is triggering an attack.
