IBS-C Hi Beth, I would agree with them that they are safe,however aloe and senna can be very harsh! I bought this "Colonix" kit back in May, and tried one cup of their senna tea. Talk about big time cramps! I had nearly uncontrolable D the whole day, and felt like total crap that one day.
