Laxatives safe?

Okay, I found this article by the IFFGD (Internation Foundation for Functional Gastro Disorders). Very, very reputable and well known foundation.

According to this article, Laxatives are now considered safe for constipation without being habit forming or dangerous. Here's the link. IFFGD

What do you guys think? Is Aloe, cascara, or senna okay for us? Is it okay to use MOM everyday?
