I've been living with my boyfriend for 2 years now, and he's not only seen me through some of the worst attacks you can imagine, but we're totally comfortable having conversation about poop and farting and the whole 9 yards. In fact, I think he thinks it's pretty cool that I'm so nonchalant about the whole thing - it's like I'm one of the guys.
