I bought a large amount of flour from the co-op and it has wheat germ in it. It is white, umbleached flour. The catalog never mentioned the wheat germ. Since it is part of the flour and and the flour is soluble fiber, it should be fine right? I noticed Barbara adds it to her oatmeal. I just want to find for sure. I made some cornbread and tossed out the wheat germ that didn't sift. Just wondering if I should be worried about it.
