It isn't any fun when you can not wear your normal clothes. I don't deal with bloating that much anymore, but I've been on the diet for awhile. I didn't give up milk until two months ago and that really helped with bloating. I've found food with red and yellow color can cause bloating and gas. When I take Levsin durning an attack I suck on hard candy for my dry mouth, but the candy causes me more problems. I drink lots of water and chew ice chips instead. Also MSG cause me bloating and gas and MSG is alot of food items, including seasonings, so look at labels. It may take a few months for you to figure out what causes your bloating. Keep a food journal and keep record whenever you are bloated. Hopefully it won't take too long to find your trigger foods. Michelle wrote to drink more water and less tea.
