for your suggestions! i have tried soy milk, did not like it, one of the rice milks was ok, but i would not want a lot of it, but almond milk?? mmmmm, that sounds good, i will have to see if i can find any.
i think i may have mis read things, i thought it was ok to add as much soluble fiber as possible, without any problems- and that it was the insoluble fiber that caused the gas and bloating. soluble fiber can, too? sorry, i should re read the info already available, i must have over looked that.
i cant drink chamomile tea (allergic) but i am going to see about fennel.
thanks again for all the great tips, i will look for those different milks, esp the almond. i am thirsty now!!
