So, I picked up my mail today and I had a letter from my drug store. I thought this was a little strange because I've never received mail from my drug store, but they do have my address because I have a rewards card with them. Anyway, I open it up and it has all this info about IBS in it! Now, I know that I've never filled out any survey or anything that would tell them that I had IBS, so I was a little freaked out by how they would know I would IBS or why they would be sending me this stuff!
Then, I though maybe this is just a freak coincidence? Like next month maybe I'll get info on diabetes or prostate cancer?
So then I looked at the small print and lo-and-behold, "this mail-out is determined by your non-prescription purchases using your Optimum card"... well, I guess buy enough freakin' Immodium at that place it's not terribly surprising that they would figure it out by now!
