I agree that if it ain't broke, don't fix it... if you're mostly stable, and your current regimen seems to be working pretty well for you, stick with it. And if you have doubts about whether or not something is making a difference, definitely cut out that one supplement and see how you feel.
I don't think your list is unreasonable at all, and that's coming from someone who takes fewer supplements than that. In fact, all I take is my fiber and a cal-mag supplement, plus a multivitamin when I remember to take it (which isn't very often). I used to take digestive enzymes, but I couldn't tell if they were doing any good or not, so I stopped, and felt fine without them. But like I said, if what you're taking is helping, stick with it!
