Re: Waking up at night with pain and lots of D       10/18/05 05:04 PM Edit Reply Quote anlikerm Reged: 09/16/05 Posts: 1320 Loc: NC I have this too and I'm going back to the GI doc tomorrow at 1:30pm because I had the mother of all attacks on Sunday morning at 1:00am, and 3:00am and 6:00am. That is just not right. I wake up and get this gnawing pain that if I don't eat something right then, I will have an attack and I don't want to eat at 3:00am because it will trigger an attack, anyway.....well, I have the attack if I don't eat, too. I just don't know what it is, anymore. So, hopefully the doctor will get to the bottom of it. If I take a couple of Pepto it will eventually go away but the attack makes me really nauseous.
