I took them for about 3 months and all they did is make me drowsy. I still had the "gotta go now attacks". I have not fully addressed this whole IBS issue until now. All the doc did was a short interview and give me meds. Frustrating !!! I plan on jumping into the diet full on as I wean out the cabinets. I saw in your profile you are going into gardening!!! I got my Horticulture degree from Utah State University about 7 years ago and have sadly drifted away from that line of work.
