IBS-C Beth, I get a lot gas too, especially when I don't go enough, like the last few days. If the BM's are getting better that's really good! It's got to be making you feel better if you're evacuating the stool. The gas may be embarrassing at work, but that's not nearly as bad as not having good BM's or BM's at all. I'd put up with a ton of gas if I could have good BM's regularly.
