I take Citrucel Clear. It does really well for me. I have tried equalactin, acacia, metamucil, fiber choice, fibercon and regular citrucel and none of those worked out for me. I have not tried the Benefiber, though. It does sound like a popular one. Glad to hear your colonoscopy turned out okay! Don't take Metamucil!! It's horrible!!
