I'm IBS A, but D prominent. I have found fibercon good for when my C is acting up (which is rare), but I switched to two citrocels before every meal this summer and that seems to work better for my D. I also added the Caltrate 600 about a month ago and that has helped. I also take FloraSmart probiotic. I've found that the probiotic and citrocel alone do pretty well. I also take Nature's Sunshine Intestinal soothe and build and slippery elm. I just take one with each meal. Sooooo..... I take quite a few things! lol I guess it's hard to tell which one is working the best. Right now, it seems the combination of all of them seems to be working! Oh yeah, I also take Librax before every meal. hhhmmmmm.....I feel like a walking pharmacy!
