With all this talk about fiber, I figured we needed a D's perspective.

My GI left a message on my machine stating that my colonscopy was fine, and that the biopsies turned out fine. His advice was to start taking metamucil everyday. Gee thanks doc, and to call him if I had any questions. (haha I might call back, bc fiber isn't cutting it hehe)

what fiber have you had the most success with?
