Aww, sweetie. I feel so bad for you. 1. You need to see a Doctor if you have aches and a fever. Sounds like a virus to me which is probably not helping things. 2. Ginger tea, baby! Slice a few slices of gingerroot the size of a quarter and steep in a mug of boiling water. Excellent at settling upset nauseous tummies. A touch of honey is also nice in it. Have several cups a day - keep sipping. 3. Do NOT stop eating - it will only make the cramping worse, as well as the nausea. The more empty your stomach is, the worse you will likely feel. 4. Keep sipping on fluids throughout the day. Nibble on soda crackers (Premium Plus) - they're excellent at absorbing trouble causing acids in the stomach and settle the tummy well. Eat whatever you can get past your sense of smell. 5. Some find that salty/tart/sweet things are good. Like salt and vinegar potato chips, lemonade. 6. I took antidepressants while pregnant. They are almost all perfectly safe. There have been some new warnings about Paxil though. 7. Tylenol as far as I know is perfectly safe. Hang in there, sweetie. Type back and let us know how you're doing. I'll be looking for your post.
