... you sound miserable! I'm so sorry you're having such a hard time.
I personally didn't have the throwing up part of pregnancy, but boy did I have an aversion to food. ALL FOOD!!!! The smells and tastes just made me sick... bleck!!! Especially water.
I'm usually a C'er, and I can tell you from my own experience, pregnancy actually made it much more tolerable... I just had to make it through the first few weeks before I noticed a difference.
The types of foods that worked for me were mostly fruits... which also happen to help you "go". Honestly though, you've got to figure out what you can and cannot tolerate yourself. Experimentation is what you're gonna have to do, I'm affraid.
As for the Tylenol... to my knowledge, that's the ONLY pain reliever that IS safe during pregnancy... any book will tell you that (I'm surprised your doctor flipped out about it! )
I am not on any Anti D's, but I have a relative who is and she took hers throughout her pregnancy (which just ended in September, so it's very recent)... I think she's on Lexapro. I'm not a doctor though, so I can't say for sure if it's safe.
Pregnancy is hard enough to deal with by itself... I'm so sorry you have other issues that you have to suffer through along with it. It's too bad that people are giving you such a hard time too... It just makes me so angry when this happens. As if you're not dealing with enough already.
Take care of yourself and let us know how things go! We're here for ya! HUGS!
PS - I forgot to mention what OTC meds I took for gas and bloating... The only thing that worked for me was generic anti-gas. I tried drinking all different kinds of tea, but unfortunately, the acid in tea causes horrible horrible heartburn, which during pregnancy is very prevalent, and can make things worse.
