Ouch I'm pregnant

Currently I'm 6 1/2 weeks pregnant and in so much pain I've been lying in bed crying and wanting nothing more than to be asleep all the time. I'm normally a D, only had a little of that. Mostly it's terrible, awful, cramping. Before I got pregnant my IBS was mostly under control, especailly oweing to the fact that I went off birth control in April. The reason I'm in this situation now. I have a lot of gas also, as if my morning...er all-day sickness (vomiting on average 1 or 2 times per day) wasn't bad enough burping all day doesn't help me feel like I can keep anything down. Then there is the sharp crampy gas pains. I'm not even sure how to approach this diet-wise. All the rules seem to have changed. I have severe food aversions, but almost no cravings. My stomach lacking food for even a short time makes me feel too nauseous to eat. I've been running a fever and having terrible joint and muscle pain but not showing any other signs of the flu. I went in for testing, they did a urinalysis to check if I had a bladder infection, then ran a blood test to check my white blood count and everything seemed normal. Are there any other tests that anyone knows of that I should request. I see my OBGYN for the first time this Friday and have to go 30 miles. One mile was enough pain that I was sweating and gasping. I made sure to find one that has dealt with IBS and pregnancy, but I'm not sure how to get a doctor to understand the length and breadth of the pain I'm in. So far the response I've gotten is, "the pain is related to your IBS." As if this is some magic word and when I hear it the pain will go away. "Yes but what are we going to do about it?" I ask. "Do?" The doctors look at me cryptically as if I've sprouted a second head and it's whistling the Star Spangled Banner. My Gastroenterologist gave me some Dicyclomine 10mg cap but they don't seem to be doing any good.

Can someone tell me what helped them? Food, medicine, something I can suggest for my doctor to help me out? I know that I suppose to be happy dispite the pain and I'm sure someone's going to say it, and I understand that a lot of women are really excited about being pregnant and some have tried for a very long time, and I'm really happy for anyone who has planned a pregnancy and achieved it. But I'm not happy. I'm terrified. I have a lot of people in my life right now trying to make me feel guilty for not being absolutely giddy. I'm pregnant by an ex-boyfriend whom I'm still in love with, but who is not in love with me. Within a week his family started harrassing me. I haven't told him about that yet because he is really excited about being a father. We got back together but I feel like it's just because I was pregnant, not because he wanted to be with me. All this isn't helping me. I know stress doesn't help but neither my family doctor nor my Psychiatrist wants to allow me to be on anti-depressants. I was hoping my OBGYN wouldn't object the same way. Has anyone here been allowed anti-depressants while pregnant. Did it cause any problems? How about pain-killers. When I told my doctor that I had taken Tylenol to drop my fever when it had been about 101, she told me that I wasn't suppose to take that stuff until I was at least 12 weeks along. Does this seem right to anyone?

Sorry that was so long, but I'm in serious need of help, and I'm too depressed and in pain to think strait. I tried doing some searching on the internet for help, but mostly all I got was clinical crud. I wanted to know what really worked for real people. Not what the medical community thinks should work for us, in my experience most of them have too many of their own hang-ups to do enough listening to know what really helps.

Thanks to anyone who responds, and my heart goes out to anyone in a similar situation or who is just having a hard, but intended, pregnancy.
