Stress is my downfall too....       10/10/05 06:34 AM Edit Reply Quote Sandyg Reged: 09/13/04 Posts: 403 When I think about not being around a bathroom, I feel like I'm going to have an attack, the thought actually will bring something on if I don't channel those thoughts elsewhere. Just the process of going to work, getting my kids up in time etc. can make me stressful. My stomach will be nervous for abslutely no reason sometimes. I've always had this but never had IBS before. I would maybe go once and that would be it. Now, it's once, twice, three times. etc. etc. It's not even the D sometimes, it's the urgency and having to go so many times. Sometimes, I think it would be better to be a C but then read about their bloating and pain and I'm sure that's no picnic either. At least we get it out of us! I'm very thin though and lose weight easy. I cannot put weight on right now. Oh well...I'm it could be worse. At least IBS isn't a disease or anything. Still...I'd like it to be gone.
