Good Probiotic??       10/09/05 05:30 PM Edit Reply Quote anlikerm Reged: 09/16/05 Posts: 1320 Loc: NC Well, since I stopped taking Primal Defense and Culturelle, I need a good probiotic that won't make my symptoms worse like these two did. I'm IBS-D......does anyone have a good recommendation for a probiotic that will help with my D? All of the probiotics at my health food store are crappy.....I need a good one but am kind of scared to just start trying out new things, again....without having some feedback from them first. I definitely need one that is not fed with a dairy base like the Culturelle. It's in a whey protein base and it hurts!!! Thank you!! Michelle -------------------- IBS-D.
