I just wanted to pop in and say a word about this high fructose corn syrup. I know heather tells us it is a trigger but I don't know how many of you pay attention to it. For me - a crampy, bloated, spasmy C'er, it's much more of a trigger than I used to think. I started paying attention to it one day when dh brought me a cranberry juice drink - within a half hour after I was cramped up and bloated and stayed that way for 2 days. The second ingredient was HFCS. Ever since I've been very methodical about removing this from my diet completely. That is hard to do, it is in everything. I am doing a lot better since cutting it out though! So, just an encouragement, if you haven't worked at getting rid of the HFCS, and you are still suffering, it might be worth a try!
