Oooh! Pita! Hummus! Foul (the lima bean thing, I mean)! You have lots of good IBS-friendly options even if you can't find soy milk. You could also look for other non-dairy milks like almond or rice or even make your own. I'm a big fan of Mexican horchata, which is basically a home-made sweetened almond or rice milk.
