Laparoscopy & Colonoscopy on same day       09/30/05 11:38 AM Edit Reply Quote LtDanFan Reged: 12/17/03 Posts: 588 Loc: Ohio Hi all, haven't posted since my awful episode two weeks ago, I was attack free for 16 days. Which I was very happy about, but I'm concerned My GI doc and the Gyn he sent me to are doing these procedures on the same day. I've have 2 colonoscopies, but never a Lap, anyone had one of those, I've never had a colonoscopy with this GI guy and he wants me on liquids for TWO days before the procedure and on the day of the procedure I don't have the surgeries until 1:30 p.m....................They also don't want me taking my fiber those 3 days either??? Anybody been told that? Anyway, any help or suggestions would be very helpful.
