You were smart to pull over and call a friend to come get you. I hate to think that you could have been involved in an accident. I understand you feeling over-confident with your IBS diet. I have been "pushing" it to the limits lately. I think I'm stablized, so I eat something I shouldn't and then I'm surprised when I have stomach pains, C or D. Hello???
