I understand exactly how you feel...just as you begin to feel confident and invinsible we get "brave" and that's when we are reminded why we are on the diet in the first place. Sometimes it is so tough to stay on the diet though. It was just so easy to pick up BK or a quick run to the supermarket for just anything. It just doesn't happen like that anymore. I feel for you! I am so sorry to hear about your grandfather. I remember you saying he was ill. I hope you are doing ok. Please know we are all here for you and understand.
