Beans aren't a problem... they're insoluble fiber. You need insoluble fiber. However, you do have to keep in mind that they might have been a little too much insoluble fiber for your system at this point in time. Don't give up on them completely yet! They're good and good for you, and worth trying again when you're more stable.
I can eat them, by the way - any beans, cooked any way, without Beano or anything like that, as long as I have some soluble fiber with them. But then again, I'm stable. I couldn't eat beans at all for almost a year!
You didn't put any dairy products in your tuna-noodle creation from last night, did you? Or cream soups, or anything like that? Just making sure there's nothing else to blame.
