SFS and Nausea??? What do you do??       09/20/05 06:18 PM Edit Reply Quote anlikerm Reged: 09/16/05 Posts: 1320 Loc: NC What do you do when you get nauseous after taking a soluble fiber supplement. It says on the bottle that you are supposed to call 911 if you feel like you are going to throw up after taking it because it can get stuck in your throat. I'm ALWAYS hesitant to take my SF because sometimes I get naueseous after taking it and I'm scared of throwing it up and choking. But, I know it's important to take it......I just took mine and I kind of feel a little queasy and the Ginger tea did not help at all. The smell of Ginger makes me want to throw up. I cannot tolerate it. Does anyone else ever have this problem or is it just me??? Any advice??? Thank you!! Michelle:) -------------------- IBS-D.
