Try a slice of plain toast and peppermint tea for breakfast. Try it on the weekend so she doesn't have to go to school in pain. I can relate - I was a teacher and I wouldn't eat hardly anything till I got home from school for fear of having to leave the room for an attack.
Seriously, the tea and toast is your best bet I think. For lunch, you can try some more bread, a little PB if her school allows it. Pack some peppermint tea in a thermos and send it.
Hope this helps.
Get her eating more soluble fibre first. It should soothe her stomach and help. Also, an empty stomach can only make things worse. Try especially on weekends, to have her eat small amounts of SF constantly through the day - so that her stomach doesn't get empty. Fat Free Saltines are also excellent for the stomach.
