IBS-C and magnesium users       09/20/05 07:00 AM Edit Reply Quote Augie Reged: 10/27/04 Posts: 5807 Loc: Illinois What type of Magnesium supplement is most effective for helping produce BMs? Citrate, Oxide, Malate, glyconate or a Chelated form of some kind? Name brands would be helpful too....and amount you take? I've read contradictory info on which type of magnesium is best for us.
