Watch the fat content. Cookies in general tend to contain a lot of fat; it's vital for their texture. You might be able to get away with one or two after a safe, very-low-fat meal, but I'd be really careful with them.

Are you sure there's no "bad" ingredients in them? Like Maria, I'm almost positive that they contain dairy, or at least a dairy derivative.
