I would try a soluble fiber supplement, YES!! Even after following the diet (which helped a TON), starting an SFS is what really helped me get started on the road to stability. I worked my way up to 1TB of Benefiber powder twice a day. I also take 2 caplets of Fibercon just before lunch. These three doses do me a world of good.
