You miss out on a lot of important nutrients and increase your risk of colon cancer because your gut NEEDS IF. I know it's tough though. I went a really long time where I ate only very small amounts of IF all day. Not healthy but it was a heck of a lot easier. Just keep trying to eat as MUCH as you can, SLOWLY adding in more.
