It sucks and I haven't figured out any way to avoiud the plug. i ahd one this morning. Followed by a lot of corn. Stupid me. I feel your pain, very literally. I can say that when i was really badly C this summer, an enema(shudder) was the only thing that made my poo not hurt. I wonder if that might not help get rid of a plug, and make the D easier to get out too. Only a thought. Ugh, I hate the plug so much!! -------------------- Keep on keepin' on...
